I will try to explain the difference between a job and work.SFI is work meaning SFI do not pay you you pay yourself
With a job you are paid by the employer what your time is worth to him/her.While with work you are in control of your time you make your time pay you and you determine how much.
I would suggest to him/her instead of opting take a vacation and do some soul searching just put his /her account in vacation mode this way if he has a change of mind he can continue where he left off in terms of VP streak and EA Mode.
So I will try to explain what is really needed in SFI suggest he take a break cool off and come back when he is ready.
