Personally I do not like to overload new members when they first join our SFI team.
I prefer to keep it plain and simple.
I welcome them all Via SFI ECards. as soon as I receive an email.
I stress to them all to make sure to log in and participate daily.
Reading each individual to do list task. Learning while earning.
The beauty is no matter when you joined SFI.
We all have the same earning potential monthly.
We all start working towards achieving EA.
Then working our way up the leadership ladder.
SFI looks overwhelming but it is drop dead simple.
Start with baby steps, that will turn into giant leaps.
