I can most assuredly relate to their concerns, as I have had those thoughts blip across my mind occasionally, too. I would guess that many of our affiliates have!
What you tell them is that they will always wonder what if...?? if they quit. What if I tried a little longer, or harder? What if I had READ all those LaunchPad lessons, advising me SFI is NOT a short term money making business? Most importantly, what could I have become had I studied the Internet Income Courses, both 1 and 2?? Or at least have read some AskSC answers to questions I looked up the answers to; discussed my state of mind with my Sponsor or an a2a friend?
Reinforce to your doubting affiliates that nothing in life worth having is gained without some kind of serious effort! All activities, relationships, jobs, businesses, gardening... they ALL require effort.
Have patience with yourself, put forth honest effort, try for a little while longer (at least 6 months), then reappraise your situation, see where you stand.
Then come talk to me (you, as sponsor or friend) before you settle on your choice:))
