First explain that the Pool is created/maintained from a share of ALL TripleClicks sales generated by all members - SFI Affiliates of all ranks, PRMs (personally referred members), and those who trip across ads from TripleClicks itself and join, but are not PRMs to anyone specific yet.
Then explain that every VP earned by an affiliate (from their personal activities as well as those of their PSAs, CSAs, PRMs) gets a share of the revenue in Pool. (I believe the TOTAL VPs generated during the month divided into the Pool revenue = value per share.) Your commission will be based on total VPs you (and your team FOR you) have earned x share value.
