Every month 40% CV of all the sales company wide is place in a pool where all affiliates gain shares which is determined by the amount of VP they earn for the month.the results commissions/money for affiliates .Amounts varies for each affiliate due to amount of shares/VP they earned for the month.
The cost per share receives varies every month due to amount of salesmade.The price of a share can rise or fall no stationary amount/value .
Example
If I earn 2000VP this is 2000 sharesthe amount I will get what 2000 shares is worth.
