People who are poor in English skills can really be facing a challenge. That challenge is greater still if they are also poor in computer skills. These can both be overcome with training but both the sponsor and the affiliate need to be ready to work hard.
Here are a couple of things I do to help my English 2nd language people with their business.
1. I provide a Stream file. This is a file with many encouraging or challenging or educational posts in it that they can post in their stream message. They understand these posts but writing them out in proper English is tough so I offer this file for their stream posts.
2. I offer an email campaign that they can join that sends them advertising material for SFI. They simply cut and past it to Safelists, Traffic Exchanges etc modifying each email with their own links.
3. I provide a PSA/CSA training file which is a series of emails they can use to post in their weekly mailing.
4. I provide an excel file of SFI banner links and target links so they can easily upload ad material to traffic exchange sites. Along with this I provide and ebook that shows them the most commons banner ads and how to post them into an traffic exchange site.
5. I connect them (and sometimes reassign them) to PSAs whose english skills are strong but they share the same first language. If I have no one in my downline like that I connect them to someone I know through the A2A services.
Just this week I received a letter from a Romanian that I had to translate using Google Translate. As we all know that is not perfect. BUt I got the main point of his letter, only I did not know how to help him. I sent him to a person in my 3rd Generation from the same country who is making rank every month. Problem solved.
