Some of the best people on my team speak very little English, or have very limited computer/internet experience.
So many opportunities are structured as if everyone in the world has money to throw around, and they have ridiculously expensive products and a high cost just to get in. SFI is one of the few programs that is available in so many countries, and that has a price point that everyone around the world can afford.
You know, free.
Yes, you eventually have to invest. But someone can come in absolutely free and if they stick around long enough to catch the vision, they often decide to make it a priority to find the money to have a standing order.
My international team is hard working and dedicated. Sometimes it is hard to understand their communications, but we usually work it out. I'm sure I am hard for them to understand, too. I have one recruiting ninja in my downline who can barely turn on her computer. But she is a valuable member of my team - highly motivated, and an inspiration to her downline.
Some of the least productive people on my team are native english speakers with lots of computer experience. If I made those things a litmus test for who I wanted in my team, I would be much worse off.
