Yes it is worthwhile. When advertising, you never know who will make it and who will not. Your work is to advertise to as many people as possible. English and computer/internet experience are not limitations that can't be worked. If somebody puts the love of something in the heart, a determination springs up from within which can make him/her break the wall with his/her bare fists. Put the right information about SFI out there and see the power of people from all walks of life determined to change their lifestyles.
With the above said, go out and advertise and don't put these minute limitations on your way to acquiring the most productive people to work with.
