First, any BIG decision should not be made by impulse. A careful study must be done, with some soul-searching as to real expectation and long-term possibilities.
I think when affiliates are given too much hype at the beginning that they are set up to fail. Encouragement, YES! Hype, NO!
The decision has to rest with each of us individually. If the person is to stay, it must be THEIR desire, and not just yours.
