How would it make you feel if your sponsor or up line team leader gives you a gift certificate for your latest milestone achievement? Wouldn't it make you feel like they appreciated your effort? I think so. Yet, we don't want to give the wrong impression that you are going to get kudos for every little thing you do. No, everyone has to accept the responsibility for growing their own business. Notwithstanding, when you have PSAs or CSAs that go above and beyond, a personal note of gratitude and acknowledge can go a long ways without any added incentive. People love praise. So when it is free for you to give affirmation give it. If you want to give a small gift, then do it. Just remember that in the end you don't want anyone coming to you saying where's my gift certificate because I did such and so. Rather create and foster the synergy in your network that says I appreciate your efforts and see what you have done. Congratulations.
