My simple idea is by killing two birds with one stone. You attain the EA rank by purchasing 20 pack of PSAs To Go (805 VPs), 2 units of S-Builder Co-op (560VPs) and completing daily tasks every month ( 360 VPS). You will get even more VPs by doing weekly and monthly tasks.
Those VPS earned in a month are more than enough for you to achieve the EA rank, and simultaneously you get 20 PSAs plus some from your S Builder Coop ( you are participating in advertising, actually).
