Personally, I do not think using cold calling is a good idea. In this day and age, people are extremely busy and what little extra time they have, they do not want to be bothered with a telemarketer. I know I do not talk to them when they call my phone. With caller ID and all the other features on phones, people do not answer calls they don't know. You also have to worry about the Do Not Call Registry. This is very time consuming and therefore I do not feel it would benefit a business to do cold calling. Stick with the tips and tools that SFI provides and your business should be profitable. Thank you and good luck in your future.
