The PPA program provides You, the marketer and advertiser, exactly zero control of anything to do with these people, who may not even be affiliates.
Furthermore, the "program" if You can call it that, in My experience, provides zero incentive for anyone to even try to purchase items from TripleClicks, much less develop an interest in the subject.
I would advise stay far far away from this "program".
