I would say no to offering non-SFI related incentives.
If you are offering your CSAs and PSAs SFI related incentives then you are all going to win. Remember we are all pushing duplication and so you want to offer them something that will not only help them but will help you as well.
For example I give free entry into my co-ops as an incentive. While this helps the affiliate it helps me as well.
If my affiliates get their signups to make it to EA2 then I am going to be getting matching points as well. So while I am helping my downline I am also getting the possible benefits.
