Personally, I do not want to teach my SFI down line to offer "non-SFI related incentives" to their CSAs and PSAs. That would be like shooting myself in the foot!
What I want to do is give them a freebie that will help them boost their own down line building
AFTER they have demonstrated by their actions that they are doing something right to build their own SFI business.
I would recommend giving TCredits or re-assigning a good VP collecting PSA under them.
