This is harassment, personally I would not feel comfortable to get such a call, and if it happened, however, that someone offered a job over the phone, this procedure would leave me in a very bad impression from the start of the work itself. There are many ways to create a team, it is not necessary to undermine someone's privacy. Our members have themselves of their own volition to access, evaluate and decide yourself.
