Any reward or incentive is good as long as it does not cross solicit other business opportunities. You would not want your team members to lose focus on their SFI business.
Ensure your incentive is of good quality and appropriate. There is nothing worse than accepting an incentive and then finding it is of low value compared to your investment.
Any of my new team members who qualify for EA the first time are sent a Tripleclicks Gift Certificate to purchase their Wave 3 Kit and 10 TCredits. That is always appreciated.
