Help them to grow by:
1. Guiding;
2. Encouraging;
3. Teaching (where necessary)
so that they will be able to know everything about:
1. SFI;
2. Opportunities available to earn;
3. Means to gather VersaPoints;
You can inspire them by your Performance & Achievements; For, a leader leads by his own example.
Then comes MOTIVATING them.
This you can do:
1. By re-assigning active & performing PSAs;
2. Through Gift Certificates/Cards;
3. Transfer of TCredits;
4. Take them as part of your S-Builder Co-Op;
Conclusion:
1. If you want to offer Incentives to your performing Team Members, please always do it with TC Products. Do not offer Non SFI related incentives including products;
2. This way, they will become better performers;
3. They will understand more about TC Products;
4. They will also like to promote TC Products;
5. All of you will grow Together!!
