After achieving an EA rank, then you could start advertising to be able to promote new affiliates and build your own team although of course, it would be better if you would start advertising right away. For me it's just more important to attain an EA rank first because even if you already have a team of affiliates under you, you can't make the most out of it if you only have an affiliate rank.
