This could be a good idea, so long as the product is related to business-building and won't cost you anything. For example if you have e-books to which you have PLR, or which you have written yourself, you could put them on your website and offer the download link to someone who has achieved one of your targets.
I guess you could do the same with CDs or DVDs in the proper format that could be downloaded. You wouldn't want to add the cost and time of production, packaging and shipping to your incentive, or it will not be worthwhile to you.
