For Sure! Be the best sponsor you can be to your whole team. If I see that someone has earned something or achieved a new goal, I email them. I also watch to see who is online, and always send a message of appreciation and let them know I care and I am there for them. I get emails from several generations below number one. When I answer an email,I mention their sponsor and how appreciative I am to have both the sponsor and them in my downline. Then I send their sponsor a copy of the email or at least let them know what I did.
