What do we want to reach when we join a site like SFI. We want to move forward and reach our goals.
Our first goal is to reach EA2 status. Tell the affiliate that must be there first goal. To get there they have to learn how it works in SFI. We can click every thing and reach high up on the ladder, but did we learn anything.
So I tell my PSAs that to reach high up on the Ladder, you first have to get to EA by doing your GETTING-STARTED ACTIONS. You can do all of this section.
Next you read all there is at the LAUNCHPAD section. Do not click for points, read and understand before moving to the next lesson.
Next you have to do your DAILY ACTIONS,MONTHLY ACTION and WEEKLY ACTIONS and with these sections you have to work out where you started at the month so to only reach your 1500 VP by the end of that first month.
Leave all the extra versapoints you can get for your second month. You will also tell that to your down line PSAs when you start to duplicate what you learned and what I told you. Your second month is when you reach EA2 and you learned how it works n SFI. You will then understand that you have to spend a lot of time, some money and know how to make it work.
After your second month you will either stay or quite SFI. If you learn it this way you might stay and then, who know how far you can go.
So to answer your question - DO NOT go for Team Leader n the first 2 months. First learn all the ins and outs of the game and then it is up to your PSAs to GO FOR IT. HE/SHE can then decide what there goals and limits are.
