This is very good question! You are very lucky to have an eager new Affiliate that wants to reach a Team Leader position when they start off. Try to support growth when ever it happens in your team. Take an active roll to show the new Affiliate the ropes so to speak. Teaching team building tools like using SFI Business cards to help with team building. Tell them to use the cards in thier everyday life to help build thier team. When they shop or eat out give a business card with the tip or as you pay the bill, and say Thanks.
Tell your future Team Leader you are there to support them step by step to help build them build thier SFI Team. Try to stay in contact with your future leader on a weekly basis to support thier growth. Also remember by reaching thier Team Leader position they start building a CSA Share every month they earn BTL or above in Rank. Remind they need to set a Standing Order of 1500 VP or above to reach thier min. EA2 to keep the CSA's they earn or they will loss what they are working to build by becoming a Team Leader!
