I would rather not advise new PSAs to slow down, but relatively inform them of what are the benefits of staying EA or becoming a Team Leader. As for my experience, accelerating from one rank to a higher rank without really trying but just following the system, learning and doing my work gave me so much encouragement, inspiration and a great sense of ‘I can do it!’ It will be up to the Affiliate himself/herself whether or not he/she would want to become a Team Leader even without having a team yet. In the process, having to experience and reach leadership rank will prepare the Affiliate for a greater and successful business!
