Absolutely not!
I feel it is better to embrace their enthusiasm and be available as they have questions and learn the business. If they bring on affiliates early also they can always refer questions to me until they are better educated on the program. If the affiliates have money to invest in SFI and they want to this is, it is wonderful! We just need to be supportive in showing the new team leaders how their investments and position as leaders can benefit them and where to find this information on the site that explains this so they can completely understand it. We also need to lead by example and mentor them in the leadership role.
