Should I advise new PSAs to slow down and not qualify as Team Leaders so quickly?

The answer to your question is Yes and No. I'l share my experience. When your PSA wants to be a Team Leader, i'l advice you that you should give them a chance to prove their leadership skills and to enhance it as their sponsor.
Support also by advising such to get an S builder or PSAs To Go to build their team towards the next qualifying month. 0r you can reassign some of your PSAs to them to help them, thus motivating them more and if they run into any problem, be there to help
