One thing I have noticed about new people is that they fly through the LaunchPad lessons in a matter
of hours, maybe even in just a few minutes, just to get the VP. When they are done they have no idea how to proceed. I like to suggest in the very beginning that new PSAs take the time to follow all the links in the LaunchPad lessons to gain a good view of what SFI is all about.
When they understand what is going on here, and when they have sponsored some PSAs, then they should begin to think about being a Team Leader. Having the distinction of BTL, STL, or whatever doesn't put money in anyone's pocket, and we are here to make money.
So I say, you should advise your people to build a team first. Care about your team. Lead by your example, and your team will want to be like you.
