No. This is simply because if your PSA is doing well to achieve TL status that means he/she is building their business. Apart from month 1 and reaching that first default EA status from reading and connecting to SFI's resources you need to build your business via transfer buying through the setting up of an SO. With Tcredits being the main purchase your affiliate will be building at their own pace set by budget and time constraints. Using the TC portal can see them buying great products and selling them as a business or just using them as a talking point spreading the word (as it is designed) and they get PRMs the get PSAs, ECAs etc. The can buy team building products such as referrals, Co-op builders and websites all from in-house and they can also be advertising and marketing on their own.
So you see if an affiliate is striving for TL status they can never be doing it too fast they will be constrained by their own budgets and timelines but they will be building their business which in turn build their team and vice-verse. It is a win-win whenever you have PSAs who go for the bronze, silver, gold, platinum or diamond.
