You don't want to frighten them away by overwhelming them with more than they can understand before they have even come to the website.
I think more than just a thimbleful, but definitely NOT a mini-course in SFI. Give them your prepared introduction of information, and a card with your gateway on it. Do try to get them to give you their email (or phone, if you are local to them) so you can maintain contact.
Once they decide to come see for themselves, you can begin to give them more information, and guide them to the Launchpads, black bar tabs on home page, etc. Feed them snacks, rather than meals. I think the outcome would have a better chance of success for you as well as them.
