Definitely you should not advice to slow down or not to become a Team Leader. No need to tell them to go slow because if PSA doesn’t have enough money it causes automatic slow down. We already know that 1st month it’s easy to get 1500VP to hold EA status but it is one kind of impossible in the second month to get EA2 status. One can become a Team Leader after EA2 status which needed to expense some money in own currency. Team Leader status started with Bronze Team Leader (BTL), Silver Team Leader (STL), Gold Team Leader (GTL), Platinum Team Leader (PTL) and final one is Diamond Team Leader (DTL). The higher the rank the higher to get the benefit is. Bellow is the summarization of the benefits:
1. Team Leaders comment’s are highly valuable in SFI
2. Team Leaders are getting maximum benefits from SFI and TripleClicks as per rank.
3. Team Leaders can guide and lead their down line Team Leader with personal experience.
4. Team Leader rank goes with the duplication which is one of the most important
compensation out of 3
As we know “Leaders are Readers”; Team Leaders should read from “LAUNCHPAD”, SFI Basics and all training materials which is provided by SFI. Keep eyes always in the “Forum”. Give answer of someone’s asking if you know. This are the criteria’s to be a leadership.
