I will say NO do not advise PSAs to slow down and not qualify as Team Leaders so quickly because if you do advise new PSAs to slow down it will make some of them if not all of them not to take the SFI serious as they should but instead support, encourage and assist them to become Team Leades and let them know it is easy to become a Team Leaders but to maintain it is the real thing.
Therefore, all you need to do is to encourage/motivate the new PSAs to be more devoted and take SFI business serious by putting in their best effort, You know when PSAs are making it you will also benefit from it as well, Make it easy for them so as to continue to maintain their Rank as the Team Leaders it can work with your support and assistance.
According to Grey usual saying that SFI is simple all we need to do is not to complicate it.
