Hallo Sandra, never stop or slow anyone to become a Team Leader. We all know that, when many of our Team are Team Leaders, we all benefit. Ofcourse it is good for every new PSA to take time to learn and then apply because it is necessary for them to know what they tell their downline Team but, they can also always learn from their upline Team what to write or tell thier downline Team. Encourage every one who want to be a Team leader to do that and, work with them, encourage them and be happy for them. I wish all my Group could be Team leaders as soon as possible, why not?
