Any good thing we should not restrict.
It’s quite easy to restrict, but becomes very difficult or sometimes even impossible to boost them back to get done something.
When it happens why should we restrict… We are all here to see some kind of progress in everyone, so that everyone prospers by some means or other.
In deed we need to encourage them. We should not restrict. Everyone has the right to go to the top. The thing is capability and responsibility. Every position has its own responsibility and requires capability.
Same time they should develop their capabilities to lead a team, to develop their team. They should have at least 3 to 5 EA2s in their team. We should make them understand the responsibility of sustaining in that position and to proceed to the next level. They should have the basic knowledge of this business, so that they could immediately answer queries from their PSAs at least to a certain level which will enable them to gain their trust. Should keep them equipped to handle their team. Duplicating is the strength of this business.
We need to follow the system to run the business smoothly and to attain success sooner.
