I don't think it is necessary to hinder their success with SFI. Let them do their work with proper guidance from their sponsor or friends with SFI. Let them discover and be motivated with what SFI's can offer to them. I myself is a living proof of achieving my rank today with my own doing and surviving the needs within the business without having active PSA's.
It is better if they let them ask about attaining such positions and what entails if they have no active PSA's to contribute on their team. A person who is interested to improved oneself always ask a questions. Just let them know that you are always there to guide them on their success. Having an active and good sponsors is an advantage. I am just so lucky to have such a good team.
