New PSAs are new and they sincerely need alot of time to understand the system first and by so doing they will be more equipped to take on Leadership role once they start claiming the ladder of ranks. It is important to help the as a sponsor to teach and tell them about their growth but it will help them greatly if they will study the system by first focusing on the SFI basics and the Lunch-pad Q&As so that they too can be able to sponsor their downlines to success and build their team.
