This is a tricky question. One I too have thought about. I used to think that the best way to go was slow and steady, but, I have found that after a while of going EA2 and not getting any further ahead in business people have got turned off with the business and walked off.
So, I think if you can get your PSAs upto Bronze or STL quickly, whereby they at least have a hope of getting some working CSAs under them, they might be tempted to stay and start to build the business as they are getting some results.
I think going further than that unless, as a Sponsor you are ready to put some working PSAs under them ...could be a turn off as well, because they will be investing quite a bit in their business each month and not get enough reward for it. Besides they also need time to learn the business ...so I think it would be best if you let them go upto BTL or STL and then let them take time to learn and grow with the business under them. :)
