For me what is important is to tell the PSAs the importance of knowing the business i.e read all what is there to know about the business.
Be honest in advising if they seek clarity from you. As for the pace in which they want to work it is upon each individual PSA.
I do not think it is for us to advise for or gaits any speed they want to work from and towards. The size of the shoe is theirs, some of the PSA are enthusiastic with the business they want be at the top quickly so let us let them be so as the slow once let us help them using their pace, our ultimate goal is for all to become successful business entrepreneurs in their own rights and by so doing we all succeed.
