A very good question indeed. This reminds me of the situation that occurs with many new affiliates at SFI. The first time that one joins he/she is greeted with tasks to do which when accomplished, the EXECUTIVE AFFILIATE status is achieved. You will find that since there had been a lot of promises which were aired during the time of advertising, the affiliate is so energetic to the extent that he/she can go up to the topmost leadership status. This is very good and commendable too, nevertheless after the month comes into a conclusion, the affiliate is greeted by the reality of having to look for another way of attaining EXECUTIVE AFFILIATE status since the tasks that earn somebody EXECUTIVE AFFILIATE status are no longer there.
Therefore the best advice that you can give new PSAs is to slow down and take it one step at a time. Achievement of different stati in within SFI can be undertaken one month after the other until the ultimate status is reached. Through this way you will observe that stability will be there with the PSA.
