My opinion is to let them decide to slow down or to qualify themselves fast as Team Leaders as long they have read and understood what SFI is about. If you have briefed them whats they have to do and so on after they become a team leader then you have done a good job on your part. The rest is up to them. If they want to see success then i think they should follow the basic steps by step patiencely. Truth is the answer to fast or slow is to complete the task given in the List To Do Daily.
