The best thing a friend ever did for me was to help me build my own safelist. Then once I built it up, I had over 1000 people to advertise to, while helping them to advertise their own programs. You can always use well known free safelists and build your own list of costumers and consumers. Try using classified ad sites where you can post a short text ad for free. Also try traffic exchange, where you exchange sites with other people who will view your site in exchange of you viewing theirs. Either way, it's a win win situation for everyone involved. Just Google the keywords at http://google.com or simply type them in your browser's address bar.
