If it happens, they became Team Leaders, that was a good sign too. It builds their confidence to try reach that level again and work hard to it.

As Team Leaders, we received more benefits, holds more responsibility and learns a better Entreprenuer course level.

There is quite a big difference between an Affiliate level or Executives. Benefits and compensation plan will read out their differences well.
