In my opinion we should not stop anyone or slow down their progress. It is our duty to meet them with all the possibilities, with all PROS and CONS, advantages and disadvantages of specific steps.
If someone wants to progress fast and from the beginning started in a fast mode, I think that we should not slow them down, but encourage and help. Of course, our duty is to explain realistically all the possibilities and options, what they get with rapid progress and why it is not necessary to rush, but the final decision is on them. We are here to show them a way, but they choose how they want to travel.
In my experience, I have seen members who reach PTL in the first month and proceed maintaining high leadership status,building a nice team.. as well as those who have moved slowly, follow the suggested steps: EA, EA2 ... and yet, they give up.
All this is individual and depends on the person, on his goals, wishes and possibilities.
Although we always recommend a gradual, step by step improvement, I think that, the one who decided to start and progress faster, deserves our attention, help and encouragement. If he is ambitious, willing to learn and work,he will adopt all the necessary knowledge faster, he will apply more ,be dedicate more....
We have read lot of discussion about whether to encourage leadership without a team. In my opinion we should not force no one , but if we see in our PSA a will and desire to do the needed steps faster, and progress faster, certainly we should not stop them, but support and help them.
Of course, we must explain them they will not immediately have a team, VPs and earnings from the team, but will receive some share of CSA, will receive a bonus (after two months of leadership status), TCredits ... and with all that they can make the first profits and this can be a good incentive for further progress .
This is my opinion, and I do this way when happened to me (what a luck! ) to have some PSA that is ambitious and want to progress in a faster way.
