I qualified as PTL in my second month and I'd love to see all my new PSAs doing the same! :)
If you have the chance of having this kind of PSAs, for what reason should you slow them down?
What you ideally want for your team are people with no fear of doing things or making mistakes. They are the best example to follow and duplicate for all their future PSAs.
And that's all what this business is about: leading by example to create the best duplication possible.
What would you prefer to duplicate; a team of sleepy people who takes ages to achieve the next rank, or a dynamic, passionate and enthusiastic team built with people eager to achieve their goals as fast as they can? : )
