We all know what EA means to our business and so, it is important that our downline become active and maintain this basic qualification of EA.
Personally, i think it is wrong to ask your downline to spend money to maintain EA. Rather, we should motivate them to maintain EA. I am sure you know that you can maintain EA monthly by other actions other than spending as captured in our VP ledger.
To motivate your downline to spend money monthly, you have to lead by example. You don't expect any of your downline to spend money when you don't spend yourself. There are ways your downline will know if you are spending money monthly. A simple look at your badge will tell anyone whether you spend money or not.
That is why our badges tell a lot of story about our seriousness with this business. In this regard, i have a personal experience almost 2 years ago. I recruited a PSA who incidentally happens to be my most active PSA to date. He was highly motivated when he saw my badges totaling more than 21 at that time. He was always talking about getting more badges which in turn made him develop so much interest in this business.
I have never asked my downlines to purchase anything verbally other than the method suggested by SFI corporate. For sure i will suggest if asked to, by any of my downline the way to go as regard spending....if asked to!
To conclude, i suggest you continue to do what is good for your SFI business like remaining an active EA while keeping a standing order, SO, if you have the means and continue to use TripleClicks as your store first and foremost. Your downlines will surely follow your lead sooner or later. Leading by example is the way to go if you want to motivate your downline to spend money monthly to maintain EA status without sounding greedy.
