Do not compel your downline to purchase anything or spend money monthly to maintain EA status. Instead give them advice about how they can obtain VPs necessary to maintain their Rank each month by different possible ways; such as selling products from TC, promoting ECA, referring PRMs,Sponsoring PSAs and help them to EA2 level, etc. Say that it is difficult at first but, possible if they have the knack and plenty of time to spare and willing to work hard!
Then explain your past experience with the program when you are a fresher like them. Your struggle to maintain the rank each month before you placing a Standing Order (for a minimum of 1500 VP). A brief explanation of the progress you make thereafter! Then gently reveal to them that you are not expecting them to followed suit (you). But you suggest a better and worry-free way to maintain EA status each month.
