How do you motivate your downline to spend money monthly to maintain EA status without sounding greedy?
When sending out Team Mail, once in a while you might want to review SFI's 3-Step plan with your team. Include the benefit's of achieving the rank of EA/EA2. However, I have found that not every person on my team really wants to build a team or at least not start there. They want to sell Tripleclick's products and earn commissions in that way. Some are just looking for a sales platform for their own products and it does you well to talk about these forms of SFI earnings as well. If they do well selling TC items (their own or those of TC and others), I believe they will eventually take a closer look at team building potential earnings. People that are making money usually want to make more. You can also let them know that you would like to hear from them and about how they intend to work their SFI/TC business. Only ask if you really intend to discuss it with them in future correspondences.
