From my Genealogy i have observed that out of the 600 PSA,S and CSA,S exepting a handful maintain EA status month after month.Mostly they are inactive and have 0 versa points.
In my teamail i have tried to motivate them to build thier business which will mutually benefit individually and the team.
The reason for not bieng motivated may be:
1)Not intererted to know the Basics and thinking that easy income can be generated by simply becoming a member.
2) Not having sufficient knowledge about network marketing.
3)After having learnt that by inveting money and then promoting products from tripleclicks or selling them involves monetary dealings may not be easily acceptable to all members.In other words financially challenged.
4)Not having sufficient knowledge about computer applications.
TO motivate members to maintain EA status every month is quite difficult.
Firstly i would recommend to purchase and have a standing order 125 T-credits.
By buying 125 T-credits gives 1500 Vps.bechmark to have EA status.In addition 100VPS for maintaing standing order.
By having 125 T-credits enables every member to buy products from tripleclicks as also to participate in Pricebenders auction and have a chance to win products at 90% below the retail price.
To become a member of S-buider co-operative wherein one becomes elegible to earn 45% commissions and getting signups by way of PSA,s.The cost involved is 24$.
By interaction with team members who are interested in becoming member of co-operative and reap the benefits are worth considering.
To become a Fast track member to earn 10% commissions in addition to normal earnings lifelong.
I presume that 35 to 40$ every month will not be a liability once you start making a second income in excess of 30-40$.By maintaing EA status there are other priveleges of earning 12T-credits every month and getting second home CSA,S.
