There is only one way to motivate anyone to do anything. Show them what is in it for them. People respond to benefits. How investing in their business will lead to growth in their business and more income.

product and sponsoring new PSAs who will purchase product for which we will earn commissions.
The only way to sound greedy is if all our communications are pulling for our downline to buy product that will net us commission. If that is our message our downline will pick up on it and do just the opposite.
Show your downline that it is necessary for them to invest in their business to set an example for the new people they sponsor. You may want to recommend a product you are using.
