The main factor in motivating your down-line to accomplish specific steps in the building of their home business is to “lead by example.” The badges on your wall should be proof enough for your down-line to see you are also an EA or higher.
Many new affiliates are afraid of what we call a SO (Standing Order) for the ease of keeping our EA level (Executive Affiliate) so you can first insure your affiliates that the EA level can be obtained and maintained without a SO.
You can share the benefits of being an EA without sounding greedy by telling your down-line the advantages that they will receive as an EA.
In other words do not go into detail how much you will earn if they become an EA. Keep the topics main flow towards the rewards and perks they will receive as an EA.
Use the compensation plan and the income calculator to show your down-line what they could be missing by not being an EA.
One of the things I do is I send any of my affiliates that have raised at least 1,000 VP a Gift Certificate for the amount of $2.00 and suggest they buy the W3 kit. This will give them TCredits and MRP every month to help towards becoming an EA.
Another good way of helping to motivate your down-line into becoming an EA and maintaining it is to re-assign a couple active affiliates under them.
I personally am not in a position to re-assign anyone at this time so the way I do this is to use the down-line’s URL and place that on my rotator for new affiliates if they become an EA on their own. This has worked for me very well.
