All of the 3 banners, Free, biz and now JMT are good banners for attracting new PSAs. I used to use the Free one most of all till biz came along. By then I had found out that the FREE word in the first banner was detrimental to my cause. Although, it did bring in new PSAs but they were not the quality I needed to build my business with. They were more the Freebie kind of people.
However, while saying that ...I must admit that that really is no criterion for judgement of the free banner as I came because of the word free in that banner. I was not ready to join any business that needed me to put in money, until I was sure it was a legitimate site.
The biz banner I found more professional for bringing in PSAs of a better quality. But, now the JMT banner is really riding high. I think that is probably the best banner for attracting new PSAs.
